UBIEE "Power Pill" - Test

Being a former aircraft mechanic, I wanted to test the UBIEE Power Pills, and put them to my own Atlanta traffic jamming test. The gas prices here are out of control. We here in Atlanta have code orange and red smog alerts, so anything the Power Pill can do to reduce emissions is a plus.
